Raw Material HNBR has high temperature resistance of 130～180℃, cold resistance of -55～-38℃ and excellent mechanical properties, which can meet the requirements of automotive industry better than other polymers. HNBR reinforced with ZnO/methacrylic acid (MAA) can be used to make v-belts, isogauge v-belts, bottom layer rubber of multi-purpose v-belts, vibration isolators, etc.; it can also be used to prepare seals, sealing rings, heat-resistant tubes, etc. In oil drilling, rubber products are required to withstand high temperature, high pressure, acid, amine, H2S, CO2, CH4 and other steam. Various products made of HNBR are resistant to acid, oil and solvent. Raw Material HNBR reinforced with ZnO/MAA can be used to make drilling protection boxes and pistons for mud pumps. In addition, HNBR can be used as sealing gaskets in oil industry and automobile industry by making paper type gaskets with pulp method. HNBR has better heat resistance and radiation resistance than silicone rubber, fluorine rubber and polytetrachloroethylene, so it is suitable for various rubber seals in power stations, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic seals, cable sheaths in power stations, printing and fabric rollers, weapons parts and aerospace seals, coverings, fuel bladders, etc, HNBR latex can be used as surface coating (painting), adhesives for textile, paper, leather, metal, ceramics, non-woven fibers, and foamed rubber, impregnated latex products, etc. In addition, HNBR reinforced with ZnO/MAA, peroxide and high wear-resistant furnace has better overall performance than ordinary HNBR.
