Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR Rubber) is a new variety of nitrile rubber developed in the 1980s. Compared with the traditional nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), its molecular structure contains little or no carbon-carbon double bond, and it maintains the original excellent oil resistance and chemical resistance of NBR while obtaining good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure, ozone resistance and other properties, and its strength tensile properties are also excellent due to tensile crystallization. HNBR can be used for high temperature and oil resistance applications that require extreme toughness or strict permeability resistance.
