Polypropylene (PP) is the most commonly used raw material for producing meltblown fabrics due to its unique physical properties. However, the quality of PP meltblown fabrics can be further improved by using modified PP resin.

Modified PP for Meltblown Fabric,is based on polypropylene as the basic raw material, with various additives, and adopts the controlled rheology method to improve the fluidity and molecular weight distribution of the resin.

After modification of polypropylene melt mass flow rate of up to 1500 or more, and low ash, long spinning cycle, comprehensive and stable performance, suitable for meltblown nonwoven molding process, is the main raw material for the production of polypropylene meltblown nonwoven products.

Regular meltblown cloth, need to use 1500 melt index special meltblown material, add electret masterbatch and electret process, so as to further improve the filtration efficiency.
Manufacturing masks can not be separated from spunbond and meltblown cloth, used to do meltblown cloth PP melt index is higher, the meltblown fibers will be more fine, made of meltblown cloth filtration is also the better, and low molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution of PP is easier to make a good uniformity of the fiber.
