The main chain of linear low-density polyethylene has a linear structure with short branch chains. The number of branch chains is more than that of HDPE, and the length is shorter than that of LDPE. Therefore, the density, crystallinity and melting point of LLDPE Granules are lower than that of HDPE, but higher than that of LDPE. In addition, the molecular weight distribution of LLDPE is narrower than that of LDPE and HDPE, resulting in more difficult processing.

LLDPE products are non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, milky white particles. Compared with LDPE, it has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, strong rigidity, puncture resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, but also has good environmental stress cracking resistance, tear resistance and other properties, and can resist acid, alkali, organic solvents and so on.

The melting point of LLDPE Granules is 10-20℃ higher than that of LDPE with the same density, with high rigidity, high elongation, fast stress relaxation and short forming cycle. However, compared with LDPE, the melt strength and viscosity of LLDPE are less sensitive to shear force rate, and the dependence on temperature is lower.
