Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Granules (LLDPE) is a copolymer of ethylene and a small amount of 1-olefin, such as 1-butene (C4), 1-hexylene (C6) and 1-octene (C8), with a copolymer content of 8%-10%. Its molecular chain does not have long branches and has a narrow molecular weight distribution, with a density of 0.910-0.925 and a melting point of 122-124℃.LLDPE has the advantages of high crystallinity, poor transparency, low temperature impact, high modulus, good bending and stress cracking resistance.LLDPE's biggest application is in thin films, which offer higher puncture and tear resistance than LDPE.It has penetrated into most LDPE applications, such as food bags, agricultural films, geomemes, plastic injection caps, various containers, paint cans, rolling barrels and other hollow products.

Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Granules Coating grade is a butene co-monomer based linear low density grade produced with Gas Phase polymerization Technology exhibiting following features: ¸ Excellent Processability ¸ Good adhesion properties. ¸Excellent Tear strength & abrasion resistance.

LLDPE Coating grade is recommended for following applications: ¸ Extrusion Coating on HDPE Woven Fabrics, Aluminum foil, Jute, Paper etc.

Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Granules Coating grade shall meet the requirements stipulated in IS 10146:1982 on 'Specification of Polyethylene for safe use in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceutical & Drinking water'. The grade and Additives incorporated in this grade shall meet the positive list of constituents as prescribed in IS 10141:1982. The Grade and the additives incorporated in it shall also comply with the FDA: CFR Title 21,177.1520, Olefin Polymers.

Prevent Polyethylene Material from direct exposure to sunlight & heat to avoid quality deterioration. The storage location should be dry, dust free and the Storage temperature should not exceed 50℃.
