1.1 The mixing cavity of injection molding machine or extruder generally has several temperature areas, in which the temperature of the section near the drop port should be slightly higher, which is to make the color masterbatch melt quickly after entering the mixing cavity and mix evenly with the plastic resin as soon as possible, so that the color masterbatch pigment is in a good dispersion state in the product.

1.2 Appropriate back pressure is applied to the injection molding machine, which can improve the mixing effect of the screw and facilitate the dispersion of the pigment, the side effect of applying back pressure is to slow down the injection speed.

1.3 Raising the die head temperature of the extruder appropriately can increase the brightness of the product.
