Transparent TPE granules are modified by mixing SEBS or SBS with rubber oil. Of course, we can also add other colors to granulate into a variety of transparent colored particles. Its main features are as follows.

Weather resistance: Transparent TPE granules have little absorption of water, so regular TPE particles can be processed before molding without baking, for some TPE materials, we can bake the material, the general baking time is 2 hours, baking temperature of 70 degrees Celsius or so.

Environmental protection: Transparent TPE granules do not contain heavy metals, in line with RoHs environmental protection, in line with the EU environmental standards, belongs to the real environmental protection of new materials.

Easy molding: Transparent TPE granules can be directly processed and molded by injection molding, extrusion, casting, blow molding, laminating, etc. Ordinary thermoplastic machines are available. Simple to use, easy to color, no need for vulcanization. And all the edges and corners produced in the production process can be reused, which will not cause waste of resources and reduce the cost.
