TPE secondary injection molding overmolded PP is a series of products that are made by blending SBS or SEBS with other additives. These materials can be designed to be transparent or natural color. The hardness of TPE/TPR overmolded PP material is typically selected within the range of 20A to 90A, which can provide a soft and comfortable touch to the product. It also has excellent shock resistance and can increase the anti-slip properties of the product. To ensure good adhesion between the overmolded TPE and PP substrate during secondary injection molding, it is recommended to use an injection temperature of 170~220℃. The material formulation, processing equipment, and mold design will all affect the selection of the appropriate injection processing temperature.

The hardness range of TPE secondary injection molding overmolded PP is Shore 15A~65D. The product characteristics can be designed to be transparent or natural color, with high weather resistance, matte/half-matte surface, good handfeel, rubbery texture, strong adhesion, soft and anti-slip, and high cost-effectiveness.
