Currently we have two hot smooth soft masterbatch options: S800 and S300, both with melt flow rates (MFR) of 300-1200g/10min. When used in conjunction with elastomers, they provide enhanced softness and more flexibility, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.

To achieve the best results, it is recommended to use 1%-2.5% of Smooth Soft Masterbatch when making non-woven fabrics. The spinning temperature should be between 200-250°C. The product is widely used in various non-woven fabrics, including diaper topsheets, bottom films, waistbands, and more.
