PP melt blown is a high-performance material made from Polypropylene (PP). It is formed by using a process known as melt blowing, which involves the extrusion of PP through a die. We have developed and increased the flow rate of the melt finger to achieve 800-1600g/min. The resulting material is a microfiber that has great filtering properties due to its small size and large surface area.

The main use of PP melt blown is in air and water filtration applications. This material is widely used in face masks, air filters, and water filters. The small size of the microfibers, usually ranging from 1 to 10 microns in size, allows for greater efficiency in trapping particles. Additionally, the large surface area ensures a high filtration rate, making it ideal for use in critical applications like hospital air purification systems.
