Heat resistance is good, heat deflection temperature 114 ℃, Vicat softening point > 140 ℃, melting point 164 ~ 167 ℃, even read the use of temperature up to 110 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, in the case of no load, the use of temperature up to 150 ℃, is the only general-purpose plastic can be boiled in water, and can be disinfected at 130 ℃.

Disadvantages of polypropylene properties: poor light resistance, easy aging; poor cold resistance, low temperature impact strength, toughness, high electrical resistance, dyeing, printing and adhesion is poor, but can be improved by adding additives, blending and copolymerization methods.
