Product Introduction

 LDPE resins (Figure 8), uses high pressure, high temperature polymerization reactors. Ethylene gas, pumped into the reactors is combined with an initiator to synthesize LDPE. The LDPE formed flows to a separator where unused gas is removed. Next, the LDPE passes to a compounding extruder where additives can, if needed, be incorporated prior to pelletizing.or manufacturers in various industries. With its many advantages, LDPE is sure to continue to be in high demand in the years to come.
