Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) is a highly saturated special elastomer made by hydrogenation of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). Hydrogenated NBR molecular structure, compared with NBR, contains little or no carbon-carbon double bond, while maintaining the performance of NBR oil resistance, wear resistance, but also has better resistance to heat and oxygen aging (can work for a long time at 150 ℃), ozone resistance, radiation resistance, resistance to chemical media (very good resistance to hydrogen sulfide) and good dynamic properties. It is a kind of special rubber with excellent overall performance and belongs to national strategic materials.
