The HIPS Toughened Masterbatch of our company uses high molecular weight butadiene terpolymer as the main raw material. After modification, it is extruded and granulated by twin-screw, which can effectively improve the impact strength and tensile elongation at break of HIPS, solve the problems of poor toughness, embrittlement, screw cracking and other problems of products. When added to hips, it can effectively improve the impact strength, partially replace ABS parts, reduce the cost, and is suitable for extrusion injection molding of various products has a broad market application prospects.

Product Characteristics:

1.MFI (200 ℃, 5kg): 20-50g / 10min;
2. Improve the impact strength of HIPS and keep other mechanical properties unchanged;
3. Solve the problems of poor toughness, low temperature embrittlement, screw bursting, etc;

Instructions for use: the typical adding proportion of the product is 4% - 10%. The customer can add appropriate amount according to the actual demand for toughening, and use the product after it is evenly mixed with other raw materials and auxiliary materials according to the demand ratio.
