Biodegradable granules are an increasingly popular alternative to traditional plastic materials for manufacturers around the world. These granules are classified by their source materials, with two major categories being bio-based and petroleum-based biodegradable plastics.

Bio-based Biodegradable granules, such as PLA, PHA, and starch, are primarily derived from crops. Petroleum-basedBiodegradable granules, such as PBAT, PBS, PCL, PPC, and PGA, are primarily derived from oil resources. Among these, PBAT has the most mature industry chain and highest degree of industrialization. This is due in part to PBAT's excellent performance and cost-effectiveness, making it one of the most widely-used materials in the Biodegradable granules research field.

Our company, for instance, employs a proprietary synthesis process for PBAT, using a third-generation highly-efficient and eco-friendly catalyst while using a flexible polymerization process. This results in products with large molecular weight and narrow distribution, making it more suitable for blown film and modification. Additionally, our units combine one-step and two-step processes, allowing us to customize products according to our clients' needs. Our process also provides a cost advantage, which translates to relatively lower prices.

Regarding storage, our PBAT should be kept in a cool, ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse away from heat sources and direct sunlight, and should not be stacked outdoors. The storage time shouldn't exceed 12 months from the date of production. After opening, the granules should be used as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we pride ourselves in having obtained third-party certification reports and export certification. Our certification includes: food contact certification, industrial compost certification, EU REACH certification, Australia ABA certification, and US PBI certification.
